Things of note regarding shipments of Raven Reads subscriptions:
If your account has renewed (your card has been charged) and you do not wish to receive the box(es) that you've paid for, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to let us know. We are happy to give refunds for unshipped boxes, but once a box has shipped we cannot give refunds.
We do not offer refunds for undelivered or lost boxes that show as "Delivered" by the shipping service provider (i.e. Canada Post) ("Shipper"). Claims should be filed directly with the Shipper.
We cannot accept returns, regardless of whether the box has been opened or not.
If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damage to email@example.com and we will be happy to ship you a replacement!
For Subscription Box Products, any updates to your account (i.e. shipping and billing information/addresses) must be made prior to the first (1st) day of each shipping month (“Season”) for the updated details to apply to the subsequent shipping month.
