Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription ahead of the next billing period. Here is how to go about it:
1. Visit your account page by clicking on the small person icon (or 'My Account' if you are on a mobile device) and log in.
2. Sign into your account. If you did not create an account at the time of purchase, email us at support@ravenreads.org to get your account information.
3. Click on Manage Subscriptions.
4. Select the Subscription you wish to Cancel.
5. At the very bottom of your subscription page, click on Cancel under the subscription you wish to cancel.
6. Select the reason for cancelling
7. Enter any other additional comments and click on Cancel my subscription.
